Good morning Sunday

Postby Ally » 21 Feb 2016, 07:09

Good morning. :D

Sunny and lovely forecast. 8-)

Off for a run then back for coffee and bacon sandwiches. One of the guests at the party yesterday owns a bakery in town and gave us all some lovely bread to sample. The one I chose has a lovely thick, crunchy crust so lots of bacon required.

Paco's world famous vodka emporium  later for the Malaga - Real Madrid game. :D

A few beers then pick up a Chinese takeaway on the way home. :D

Vera & Mrs Biggs on the +channels tonight then.

Have a great day everyone. :D

Morning Ally :D

That bread sounds scrumptious - it's the one thing we don't really get here in the UK unless you go to a 'proper' bakery; decent bread. I'm spoilt from the choices you get in Germany ;)

Pootling day for me - off to Sainsbury in a bit to get some veg to go with a roast chicken and biscuits for Pete the Painter; he's coming tomorrow to finish off the bedroom. Then back home to clean and that's about it. May (or may not) have a friend pop by. Her dad has been in hospital for some time and there is a chance he could come home today in which case she'll be collecting him.

Have a lovely day all xx

Ally, that bread sounds gorgeous - Ria it's many, many, years since I visited my family in Germany, but I still remember the bread!!! :D 8-) :D

Morning everyone, looking like rain here, but as it's just the supermarket today then getting H back to his dad's the weather doesn't matter much. We've had a lovely few days with him here :) Becky is working again, getting lots of hours at the moment which is good for her savings ;)

Have a good day :) xxxx

Morning all :D

Bright and dry here at the moment.

We had a lovely evening, in the end only 4 couples could make it, but sometimes that's nice as you get to chat to everyone.

Planning a relaxing day reading the papers and generally being extremely lazy. I've got an M&S rotisserie chicken to cook with lots of veggies for dinner later, yummy :D

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all - grey and boring here, a little milder though. Tom's at the farm (despite saying he wasn't going to help out as much, they are 'away' so no-one to care for the dogs that he looks after until later.....he did run it by me before agreeing, but even so....) and Jen is currently having a lie in but she's at work later this afternoon.

Given we knew T was going to be busy today, when I got in from work yesterday I suggested a trip out - after I have spent two weeks feeling decidedly below par, I'm starting to feel more like me, so we had a trip across to the coast and went to a nice coffee shop for lunch and a latte, what a nice change, as we seem to not do a lot together just lately.

So I've been up since 8 and watched a bit of telly, had a shower, popped the d/w on and am now having a spell here :)

Hope you all have lovely Sundays xxx

Morning all, mostly miserable weather here with the sun peeping through literally for a few seconds now and then. We were quite late home from our friends' house last night, 2.15am when I turned out my light so feeling a bit tired today. Mr Osc has a dodgy tummy (there were those party foods with dips last night, you know, prawns in filo, spring rolls etc. I was careful, he normally can eat most stuff but something seems to have upset him this time.) We were planning on going dancing this afternoon, however we shall see how he feels, I am not bothered either way. Have a good day everyone :)
