Homework club 4.30 - 6.30 then meeting Don and the gang for beers and tapas.

Good morning Ally & Kaz,
Itis cold but sunny. Have been out for the paper and to post a parcel. We go to a small paper shop which also has a counter for post office dealings. They will serve you at both counters if they are open. Good service and they are friendly and helpful. There can be queues during the day when they have more staff on duty.
Into town this morning for shopping.
Then sorting out some paperwork including reclaiming some tax for mrs.e

Morning you lot, enjoy your respective days and the going's on

Cruiser, we used to have a small shop like that in our village as well, but the people that ran it retired last year and are now (nearly finished) converting the shop floor to living space as they have a wheelchair bound daughter living with them so it'll be easier for her. The family have been part of Send for so long it's lovely that they decided to stay on vs sell up and move. The post office moved to another smaller shop also in the village but it's not quite as personal

Usual work day for me and then home to sort out the bedroom to get it ready for the painter tomorrow so a busy evening ahead.

Overcast and dull here.

No plans for today, trying to rest my ankle, it's really sore at the moment and I'd like to be reasonably fit this coming week as we'll be having the boys for a few days.
