I've had $5 in bonds since I was 8, I saved my pocket money and put it in. I've never won anything either. About 6 years ago I checked with them and no, nada. I was tempted to cash it in, but I liked my certificate stating $5 more than I'd value the money.

Mrs.e has several and we had quite a few of the small wins last year. Much better then the interest we would have got from the bank.
We are hoping for the big win as it should be our turn.
