They did say seven years Aggers, I was advised by the Hypnotherapy Society to keep case notes for seven years for my hypnotherapy clients, just in case of any complaint or come back. They were on the PC though, not hand written.

I can understand medical notes etc Kaz, but surely the 7 year rule no longer applies given quite a few places now don't even do paper billing anymore?

I thought there was a seven year rule too, but usually kept stuff for about four. When we moved I had a huge clearout of everything relating to the old house, it felt very cleansing
