Oh, I'm sorry, but I'm laughing my head off here

Ossie, you are a very naughty bird 8-) 8-)

I remember when I went to WW, donkeys years ago - waste of time when you're on 30mg of steroids a day, but what the heck - we'd go for a couple of pints of cider afterwards

Going back to the original subject ;) we had pork loin steaks, pan fried with garlic - A Gladys favourite (not), with sprouts, green beans, broccoli, carrots and lumpy gravy :D :D :D

But we're going out for dinner on Thursday night :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

  Ton, my mate Emma and one of the other ladies always go for naughty cakes and coffee after WW   Some of the zumba ladies from Wednesday night go straight to the Chinese round the corner afterwards :P

Ally maybe it's a bit like the buddy system from AA, where they ring you up to make sure you aren't drinking. "Step away from the choccy digestives........." :?

No it's choccy with me  I'm thinking of giving it up, either for Lent or for that March giving things up that Cancer Research are doing

Oh yes, she's definitely going to get the phone call .... Kaz, yes, Mrs O confirms it is like a buddy system.

Have been sitting watching a repeat of Midsomer Murders with her this evening - and I ate 4 slices of toast & peanut butter in front of her ...   Bad Ostrich!

If I get to the phone first tomorrow evening, think I'll say "Vocal Voices Food Emporium, Ossie speaking ...." :Hi:

Kaz in my last job a friend and I would give up chocolate or alcohol, alternate Lents :D
We'd always get others joining in, some better than others - eg some would eat all sorts of other sweets, which kind of wrecks the idea :cute:

When it was alcohol I never really noticed any difference, and didn't lose weight (and only ever substituted with water) but did lose weight without chocolate, plus it definitely helps adjust taste :) x

Aloo chicken with cauli and carrots.

The naans were home made but not great... they needed more coconut and sultanas.
