Got in touch with the council this morning regarding my drain. I wasn't sure if the external drain was their responsibility as the freeholder of the property or mine as the owner/leaseholder... but apparently all theirs - phew! They've been in touch with a plumber and someone is coming out to look at the drain tomorrow in the course of the morning
