Take a suitcase of them Kaz.

Want some horror stories???

I mostly managed private housing - not halls - and one mum rang me. She said that her sons room was okay, but why was the lounge in the "box" room? Ha! One clever lad had decided that his bedroom (said boxroom) was too small, so he and his dad had moved the bed, desk etc, down to the lounge and then moved the 3 piece suite, dining-table, chairs upstairs  But he kept the tele in "his" room

Another one was a lovely landlord, who had about 5 houses with us. He's turned them all around and they were superb, really lovely. Could have moved in myself - apart from when he decided to renew one of them - and it wasn't ready for the start of contract. It was going to be ready for the start of term, but that was beside the point. Parent turned up to a building site - I kid you not, no floor boards, no kitchen, a loo, granted, but no plumbing

Excellent news Kaz!!! Clever girl, B! :D :D 8-)

Jen decided she didn't want to go into halls when she started Uni - she and a friend sussed out a few student rentals between them (her Uni was about forty minutes away from home) and then they recruited some friends who were also going to the same Uni from college - they stayed there for a year and then 'upgraded' to another one with bigger rooms and they stayed there until they finished, with a couple of changes of occupants along the way 8-) They all had the time of their lives 8-) I'm sure B will too :D
