Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 30 Jan 2016, 07:55

Good morning. :D

We'd just got home last night when the heavens opened. It was forecast to rain from midnight to 4am.

It's lovely out there this morning and the gardens look really fresh. :D

Going for a walk after my Mr Martin gazefest.

Paco's later to watch the Malaga footy game and then get a Chinese takeaway. :D

Have a great day everyone. :D

How is your friend A Ria? xx

Morning Ally :D

I was woken at about 2am by the most ferocious downpour in a very long time - it didn't last long thank goodness but wow, there's sure to be some flooded roads this morning

Off to the vet with Harry in about an hour, then back home to wait for someone to come and give me a quote to paint the flat. I know I can and should do it on my own, but I just really don't have the time or inclination  so unless I enlist the help of someone it'll never get done. Nothing much else planned for the day really

Tonight I'm heading back into London for a friends 50th; it'll be nice to catch up lots and lots of people that I haven't seen in far too long a time :D

Have a lovely day all whatever it is you're up to. Vibes and hugs for those who may need them xxxx

Morning Ally, Ria and everyone

A glorious morning here, with the mist just clearing from the higher fields :D

We're having a day off from all the hard work :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:  Watching Mr Martin after egg butties, then I'll get the wood in for the fire and generally pootle.

Off to Ourique for a coffee with Sonia, pick up more beer    then back to the bar for a beer or three before tonights chicken curry.

Hope your freind had a good night Ria.

Morning all :D

Damp and overcast here, a complete turnaround from yesterday which was windy but nice and dry.

No plans here today, just the usual washing and house stuff.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Good afternoon all.

We went shopping this morning, and decided, for health reasons, to walk part of the way.
The first hundred yards were fine, then the heavens opened and we had a drenching with rain - and hail.
Fortunately the bus we then caught was well heated, and by the time we reached the supermarket we were
practically dry.

We are watching the tennis now.

Hope you are all feeling fine.

It's bright and breezy here and quite nippy, but we've been for a walk and it's grand if you are well wrapped up. Our builders were here earlier dealing with some small issues before our "guarantee" runs out in March. I have done a few little pieces getting ready for our weekend away, putting creams in minature tubs etc. There is ironing to be done, might do some later. Chilli for dinner, cooking away nicely in the slow cooker. Enjoy the rest of the day, everyone :)
