Postby Ally » 29 Jan 2016, 06:48

Good morning. :D

Where has this week gone??!!!

We're off into Torremolinos later for a walk along the coast, some mooching and a spot of lunch. :D

Back for homework club 4.30 - 6.30. :D :D

Meeting Don and the others straight afterwards for our usual Friday night beers and tapas. :D :D

Have a great day everyone. :D

Morning Ally, morning all :)

This week has gone quickly Ally, January is almost done with! :D

Well our weekend plans have changed a bit, Harry isn't coming now as he got invited to a party and sleepover tomorrow, but we are still going over on Sunday for the family lunch. I've booked a table for the nice Slug and Lettuce on the river at Staines :) Little bit disappointed, but am glad he's got such a good bunch of friends and he's happy which is the main thing ;) 8-)

My eldest, Chris, has his driving test today - 12.38 which seems a very oddly precise time LOL - so some VV vibes would be appreciated. He's taken to it very quickly, he only started lessons in early December, so fingers crossed! :) 8-)

It's a wet and blustery day here again, so not sure what I'm up to yet.

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Ooooh good luck for your eldest and his driving test Kaz.

The time of my driving test was 12.34 and as someone who loves numbers I took this as a good omen. :D

Morning, Luck for the driving test ally.

I drove over the Forth road bridge this morning at 07:05. I thought it was fairly bad. As I drove over they had already closed the northbound access and the southbound was closed 2 minuets after I drove over...

Morning everyone

Very misty here again this morning, but it clears by lunchtime, so a morning for staying in.

Good luck to your eldest Kaz xx Keeping everything crossed he passes.

We'll go for a walk around where Jose has cleared this morning, we can now get to the ruin and none of us knew it had a fantastic bread oven too. Camera will be taken 8-)

Have a good day everyone, stay safe over there xx

Morning all - I don't care where this week has gone, it's Friday and that's all that matters :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Ally as always, enjoy your Friday x
Kaz, good luck to Chris. As a matter of interest (because I'm curious  ) what made him decide to do the test now and so quick?
Suff, that is a tad windy - hopefully it'll reopen for when you need to get home?
Ton, glad to hear you're taking the camera, I really am looking forward to photos etc. Your new home sounds just incredible

Usual work day for me and then either going to try and leave early or stay on a bit later and meet Nadine for a drink - not sure yet; I'll see how the day pans out. May I ask for some VV vibes as well please for a friend of mine (my ex flat mate Anne). They discovered she has an ovarian mass (a huge one at that - size of a 28 week foetus apparently) and she's having it removed today. All tests so far have come back as benign but still... it's a huge op.

Have a lovely day all
x

Speed reading Suff?

Kaz..I had to think what year I passed my test. July 29th 1988 which made me 26 which was 'quite old' compared to everyone else I knew. (My sis passed 3 months after her 17th birthday.)

Morning all :D

Blowing a gale here.

Good luck to eldest with his test Kaz.

Vibes for your friend Ria, hope the op goes smoothly.

So pleased you're settling in so well Ton.

Enjoy your day in Torremolinos Ally.

We've only just surfaced, what's new  so still haven't had brekkie. When we finally sort ourselves out it's a trip to the greengrocer for more fruit, afterwards if the weather stays like this we'll hibernate here in the warm for the rest of the day.

Hope you all have a good day :D
