seen sheep move so quickly or munch or so quickly.
Marie-Jose brought her 50 sheep up again today and they literally charged up the drive, towards the house, where the lush grass is She really couldn't keep up with them and I had to stop them from munching my favourite plants Bluddy hilarious it was But as she said, that's her exercise for the day sorted cos we're on a hill She also brought her umbrella, just in case And she sat there, on a large rock, for 2 hours
But her son, with his tractor, in such a short space of time has done such a huge huge job and we're so happy - we can now see the land undulating, we can see where the olive and cork oak trees are and our neighbours, at the bottom of the "garden" are looking forward to seeing a better view. And all for 10 euros an hour.
Well done that man - although he did say, it was hard work - the land has been forgotten about for quite a few years, but the soil is fantastic and he's happy, for his crops - whenever he's going to plant them.
This is such a different way of life, and oddly, for some-one who is a townie, I love it, really love it
