Good morning.

Sunshine and clouds forecast for today.

After my coffee I am going for a run!!! My trainers have been very sadly neglected the past 4 weeks so will be taken out for some fresh air. :lol:

Only doing 5km as I need to build up my stamina again. :lol:

A suberb 4 week but lazy on the exercise front holiday has taken its toll. :lol:

Off to Paco's to watch the Malaga Seville footy derby at 4pm then later to Hairy Mary's for a birthday party. :cute:

Good morning Ally,
It is bloody cold. The inside of the car said it was minus three degrees when I started to defrost it. Have taken mrs.e to have her hair permed.
Not venturing very far outside today.

Jolly cold here too, but lovely, bright and sunny - not yet thawed any of the cars though

Busy today, having a small party tonight, just a few friends and neighbours, so I have to get cracking and get cooking

Afternoon all, dull, damp and very still here today. I've been for a walk and done a few bits and now relaxing for the afternoon. We are partying tonight too, a friend's 60th which the invite says is a "Diner Dansant", lots of our friends will be there so it should be good fun. Looking forward to dressing up, feels like I haven't done that in ages! Enjoy the rest of the day everyone

Been a GORGEOUS but freezing cold day today just my sort of day

I was at work this morning, went ok, this pm have been extremely frustrated at Groupon!! Those on FB will have seen....I am *this* close to having a major tantrum!! I will end my subscription with them once this farce resolves itself :evil:
