I knew Di, I probably know the calories and points values of most things after 14 months of WW ;) Occasionally for a treat does me fine :Hi: ;)

Kaz you had it on Christmas day for heavens sake, I did point out that it was fine for an occasional treat, etc. and it wouldn't have occurred to me that you wouldn't know, I'd hope you would!

Wm, you have told us you are supposed to be following a healthy diet.
You can fool yourself if you like, though it won't do you any good, but don't try to fool me.
A plate that has the majority pastry, second cheese, with a nod to meat and possibly veg, does not and will never constitute a healthy meal.
If you told us you were having a big sausage roll, or a pasty, regularly for lunch or dinner, would you expect me to agree it was a good choice?
No difference.

Once in a while, fine.
