Good morning Saturday

Postby Ally » 02 Jan 2016, 07:42

Good morning.

I had to double check it was Saturday!

Weather looks good so I'm off for a run...I feel like a walking dustbin the amount of food and drink I've consumed the past fortnight!

My Mr Martin feast awaits then I'm going into town for a few bits and bobs. :)

Paco's tonight to watch the Malaga game. :)

Have a great day everyone.

Have a lovely time with your visitors Kaz. :)

Morning all. rushing around as I overslept.... my alarm was set for 8am but one of the cats managed to turn the volume button down in the night so I didn't hear it go off and only woke up at 9... off to the vet to collect something and then off to meet up with a friend. A bit of shopping afterwards and then not sure what the rest of the day has in store.

have a lovely day all, enjoy the time with the visitors Kaz

Morning all :)

It tipped down overnight, but it's dry and sunny at the moment.

Enjoy your visitors Kaz.

No plans for us today, we'll just make it up as the day goes along.

Hope you all have a good day :)

Good afternoon all.

Not much doing today. Been a decent walk this morning, and dinner is almost ready - (when I've grilled the steak).

Probably have a 'kip' this afternoon.

Hope you all have a nice day.

Afternoon all. Very pleasant day here and mild too. We've been for a walk, bought some bits locally and I have done quite a lot of ironing. Settling down now to read/knit and Mr Osc is watching footie on the telly. Enjoy the rest of the day everyone :)

Afternoon :)
It has improved here but rather late in the day.
We had a huge amount of rain yesterday, and most of the night.
This morning just after Bb went out working it came down in torrents

It wasn't so bad after lunch so I went into town for a while; wanted a slim calendar for the fridge from the chocolate man at the market but he wasn't there :?
Nothing exciting happening here :)

Well we had a lovely day! I pulled out all the stops with the food, chicken provencale with veggies, baked potatoes and garlic bread, and a homemade apple tarte tatin with cream or ice cream for pud, I was a bit nervous serving those up to a Frenchman (Hannah bought Armand along) but he loved them! It was lovely to see them, and it was the first time I'd seen my sister since her big jaw op in October, and wow what a difference! I might post about that later on Health anyway ;)

I saw on Facebook just now that the site had been down earlier, I think as Di said it must have been server issues  Still we seem to be back and ok now, so thanks for your patience :)
