Morning all

Ally, hope you're having just the best day surrounded by all your boys - I love it when all our family is together; very precious time.
Di, hope you have fun with the boys and a lovely lunch tomorrow
Kaz, enjoy the morning on your own - blessed 'me' time
Safe travels home Jen
Saundra, enjoy your lazy day
Ton, best of luck with the final packing and then the move tomorrow. Will be thinking of you and looking forward to the first VV post from your new home xxx
Oh Aggers that doesn't sound nice - hope you feel better very soon :(

Not sure what I'm up to today. It's my first day on my own and back to normality. Frank and kids left yesterday morning, but I'd made arrangements to meet up with friends so a busy day as well as they live over an hour's drive away. The past few days have been quite full on and there's loads of washing to be done, but given I don't have a tumble drier it has to be done in stages as there just isn't enough space inside to dry it all, esp the four sets of bedding. The house could do with a quick vacuum but I'm not in the mood so it most likely will have to wait until tomorrow  Suspect I'll head over to one of the larger garden centres later on to see what they've got in the way of Christmas stuff on sale; love having a mooch about.

Have a lovely day all, stay safe and dry xxxxx

Have fun with the boys Di :D

((((Aggers)))) get well soon xx

Ria, that mooch sounds lovely, I wish I could have joined you :) xx

Well I zoomed round with the hoover, gave the main bathroom a quick once over post Harry using it LOL, dusted in here (living room) and then steamed the hard floors - the place looks good as new! B put a wash on before she left for work, so I put that in the tumble dryer. Once all that was done I put my feet up in front of Call the Midwife with a cuppa and a few sweeties out of the Celebrations tin, although I gave most of them to H, to take home) ;) It's lovely and quiet - perfect bliss!! 8-) :) ;)

I'm making a curry with the last of the turkey, although B hates poultry so she'll have to make do with the leftover gammon  :x

Evening, I've been a bit poorly - nasty diahorrea a lot of the night, sore throat and losing my voice  Stayed in bed until almost 2pm and although throat and voice are a bit better and tummy has settled, I am wiped out. I was supposed to go to a family thing tomorrow (which I wasn't keen on anyway) so have sent a text to say I may not be there. Howver we are having a little party here on Tuesday night, so I want to be ok for that - fingers crossed. Early to bed tonight and hope for the best.
