I was put off some time ago as I am not prepared to be assaulted by smelly thugs and my replacement knee always sets the detector off.

I don't have a replacement anything but I always, always set the detector off.

I have a belly button stud that I think might do it - but, a quick swoosh up and down my body by a pleasant official is no big deal.

LOL Ossie, some wag at the coach company thought the comedy film The Big Bus would be a good one for us to watch on a trip to Spain going over the foothills of the Pyrenees There's a bit in it where the bus is hanging over a cliff........

What I found most interesting about the video was how much of it was over the city with crowds right in the line of any problem.

They would never do that in the UK now but we, apparently, run under the same EU safety laws.

Was fantastic to watch though.
