I made a delicious chorizo and pea risotto yesterday I find making risotto lovely and calming.

I can't make a risotto because Morrisons didn't have risotto rice. Will try somewhere else tomorrow.

Summer in Winter chicken, has been adapted. Tim said he would make it, I gave him the recipe and he has used a tin of toms instead of cherry ones, so no idea what it will be like now.

I had visions of a pale green sauce, whereas this one looks like liquidised frogs
