I made a delicious chorizo and pea risotto yesterday :D I find making risotto lovely and calming.

I can't make a risotto because Morrisons didn't have risotto rice. Will try somewhere else tomorrow.

Summer in Winter chicken, has been adapted. Tim said he would make it, I gave him the recipe and he has used a tin of toms instead of cherry ones, so no idea what it will be like now.

I had visions of a pale green sauce, whereas this one looks like liquidised frogs

This one was voted BBC good food's recipe of the year, we've had it yet again tonight, but with leftover chicken:
