Good morning Wednesday

Postby Ally » 02 Dec 2015, 07:02

Good morning. :D

Making use of the Christmas smileys for another gorgeous day. :D 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

A run, back for coffee then get ready to meet a friend in town for breakfast. :D

I have a list of 'things' that need to be ticked off before a) Don goes to the UK and b) I break up from work.

I like a list.

TV tonight...although the call of Paco's vodka emporium just might prove to be too tempting.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally, Saundra and everyone

A few clouds around this morning, but more blue sky than cloud :) :) :)

I have a ginormous list at the moment and I'm slowly crossing things off :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:

Off shopping this morning and I must get down to the post office to pay our motorway tolls, I forgot yesterday, with all the shenanigans going on

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :)

Nice and dry at the moment.

We really enjoyed the cinema yesterday, Tom Hanks is such a good actor and the whole film was excellent. Afterwards we picked up some chicken in parmesan from M&S and I cooked us a nice dinner to have with our bubbly. Altogether a lovely day :D

Today it's E's birthday. This morning I'm off for coffee with the ladies and E will join me later and we'll have lunch somewhere along the sea front.

Hope you all have a good day :)

morning all

Happy birthday to E - hope you have a lovely lunch!

Usual work day for me and may be meeting up with a friend after work, but not 100% certain yet - will confirm in the course of the day. Otherwise it'll be a nice quiet evening at home which - if I'm honest - I'd much prefer

Ally, wish I could do the list thing - I have them but never stick to them

Have a lovely day all xxxx

Morning all :)

Morning Ally, Saundra, Ton :) :) :)

Happy Birthday to E, Jen, and I'm glad you enjoyed the film yesterday :)

Morning Ria :) :)

I have never been much of a one for lists, as until fairly recently (the last few years really) I've had a very good 'visua'l short term memory, and could 'see' lists in my head as it were, but these days I do need them and have started making them :? ;)

Not sure what I'm doing today, apart from zumba tonight. I have a Group On voucher for a manicure, and was thinking of having it done either today or tomorrow (am out Friday with A) so that my nails looked nice for the funeral on Monday, but think I might save that for closer to Christmas and do my own nails at the weekend...I might walk up and see D this afternoon, if she's in. I cleared my housework and ironing yesterday, so the day is my lobster :D

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning all. I'm back (again)!!!!!

Lovely morning here - nice blue skies and not too cold. I still haven't had to resort to my boots yet - slip on shoes and no socks.

Work until 2.30pm (a day of scanning looms ahead of me) and then off to school to collect the girls. L is making lasagne in her cookery class today and as we are intending on having it for dinner I thought it safer to fetch them rather than let her carry it on and off the bus and then, no doubt, swing the bag around all the way up the hill.

Yesterday I worked out that I now have only 30 hours left to work this year. :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: Today and then for the next two weeks half a day on the Monday (2.5 hours) and a full day on the Tuesday and Wednesday (5 hours). I finish on the 16th and come back on the 5th January. :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi: :Hi:
