Morning Saundra and everyone

Still dark here too, but the sun is juuuust beginning to come out to play :D :D

Berlimey Saundra, that's a huge time scale

A friend is coming soon ish, to collect the things she forgot yesterday    and that charity woman is supposed to be here at 9.00, to take away the stuff that she wants. So that just leaves us with the sofas :D :D and she can have them later this month, when we're ready. If not, it's down to the bins with 'em

Today, I have all the best intentions of deep cleaning the oven (yuk) and bathrooms and a small amount of ironing. And possibly a walk down to the village, to burn off some energy. And to get some bread ;)

Hope your delivery comes earlier, rather than later Saundra.

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Good morning
Some shopping this morning and the bank. Then just pottering. Will finish the Christmas cards.
Out dancing this evening.
Saundra, We had a chest freezer delivered from Argos recently. Was told it would be delivered between 1.00 p.m and 6.00 p.m. It came at 4.00 p.m. The driver said he had six more deliveries four in Liverpool and two in St Helens. He was told the deliveries were local as the depot is only five miles from where we live and Liverpool is about 20 miles.
I suggest you phone and ask if they cannot give you a more precise time.
Have a good day everybody

Morning all :)

Hope your hoover comes sooner rather than later Saundra - I've given up on Argos since they let me down over a washing machine I ordered. They took the money, but then the day before it was due rang to say it was out of stock and couldn't be delivered for another three weeks! I cancelled........

Morning Ton, morning Ally :)

Housey stuff here, not done much since Friday   Might get a walk later. The dogs are being groomed, but the Snipdoggydog lady comes in a van to outside the house and 'does' them out there

Have a good day xxx

Busy week this week.....worky as well as socially. I dislike this, I much prefer to take it as it comes :| Jan on holiday but I've been promised some help today, if not tomorrow...

I'll be back later, in a rush >>>>>>>>>>

Morning all

I was woken at 5am this morning - one of the cats must have walked over the charging unit for the home phones which set off the 'locate me' ring on both handsets. Result was a mad scramble by all 6 cats and me leaping out of bed to find the phones and then back to bed to see if I could get another 1/2 hour sleep - needless to say that didn't work; too wide awake after that abrupt start to the day

Oh well; just as well there's nothing planned this evening so it's a quiet night in :D

Saundra, hope your delivery is sooner rather than later and you can do something with your day - that IS a very long delivery period.

Have a lovely day all, enjoy whatever it is you're up to xxxx

Morning all :D

Hope your delivery arrives soon Saundra.

It's our anniversary today, 42 years, it doesn't seem that long although we both feel we've always been together, if that makes sense :? No special celebration this year, both the girls have been poorly so we're going to have a get together when we all go to see mother on the 20th. Today we're off to the cinema to see Bridge of Spies, we'll crack open a bottle of bubbly this evening.

Hope you all have a good day :D
