Not sure yet - we are thinking of trying to get both final deeds signed in the same day. If Carla can get us booked in at the notary in Olhao in the morning, we can drop the cheque in at the bank for 157,500 off, pick up one for 99,000 straightaway, then drive up to Ourique.
