We've got it too and its still coming down fast.

When S woke up this morning even she said "oh no, I'm sick of the snow now".

No snow here in West Lancs, although we have had a couple of sleet showers.

It was snowing this morning just after 6.00 a.m when I was going to the gym. It had stopped when I got there which is only a mile away. The sun is out now but there are still some grey clouds about in the distance. Should be going to Blackburn tonight dancing, but I think we will be snuggling up in front of the TV.

It was very icy but sunny here when we got up, what had fallen last night had slightly melted and then froze.
While I was in the gym though it snowed heavily again so it was white over for the walk home which made it a bit easier. We seem to be in a cycle of sunshine and then snow today as it's happened a couple of times since.

We are the same Jo but it only seems to have affected the higher ground.

Our lane was white over this morning and very icy but as I came down the hill and below the snow line there was nothing there at all.

Mick is in Chesterfield today (about 8 miles north) and he was stuck in a queue of unmoving traffic for almost an hour because of the weather conditions there!

It's been snowing here for about 4 days already and I am sick to death of it. Stop already. We have another 1-2 inches expected today. Tomorrow should be fine, but more rain/snow mixture on Thursday and Saturday. At this point in the season I am experiencing a serious case of "cabin fever". It's too cold and messy to go out, and staying in, well, makes me crazy after a few weeks of it. I'm so looking forward to spring - just one more month to go. :)

I hope you don't get stuck in for much longer Elaine, I hate being stuck inside myself so dread snow.

It's pouring with rain here now and very windy.
