I'm back again

What a year it's been.
Been very busy as I took my Provident job up again BIG MISTAKE.
It's been very hard as before when I did it my collections were only on 2 afternoons and did loans as an when needed not now it was going out practically every afternoon, and some expected me to call on Saturday and Sunday too.
Shame really as I got to know so many nice people and made friends with them, but the job was getting very hard to do. People were having cuts to their benefits and some were overstretched. Plus the way the company is operating now it was not the friendly face anymore as it was more like a bank, with banking practices.

Well that's my moan, how it everyone?

A friend at uni, Sue, did the Provy and really enjoyed it. She had a tough patch but the people liked and needed her.

She gave it up when it became pressure and results driven.

As for me... well I am still alive.

Working man you have hit the nail on the head it is results driven and i think a lot of the agents stick it out as there is nothing else about.
