Morning Ally, morning everyone

The sun is out, although wet stuff is supposed to return this afternoon - but looking at the sky, I'm not convinced ;)

We're off to Tavira later, to check out D's place after all that rain, then popping into the charity shop (well, books are cheap at 35 cents) and then into Gran Plaza for black trousers for me and those oven gloves that I couldn't find yesterday. There are some fantastic shops in there, which I actually like browsing through and so does Grumpy :o

Have a good day everyone, whatever you're doing xx

Morning all :D

Damp and overcast here.

Up nice and early as I'm off out for coffee with the ladies this morning. No other plans as yet, will see how the weather turns out.

Really enjoyed our trip to the cinema yesterday, one of the best Bond films ever 8-)

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all, it's dull and damp here although still not cold. I have a big bag of stuff to bring to Oxfam, then to a shopping centre to look for everyday winter skirts and tops. I will do the supermarket shop on the way home and maybe some ironing if I feel like it.

Cruiser, do you know the Caribbean foxtrot? We have been trying to teach it to ourselves and almost have it.

Have a good day everyone :)

Afternoon all. Foggy and miserable here.

I am at our head office at Coalville. Completely pointless exercise really - I came down to do my "back to work" interview after I was off sick 3 weeks ago - something that could easily have been done over the phone really rather than a two hour round trip. My line manager likes me to come down regularly so that I feel part of the admin team - it actually makes me feel like a right misfit. I come to an office that I don't really know very well, have no work to do as all mine is back at our local office and today, I can't even answer the phones as none of the customer care team are off so I have no desk to sit at. I am instead in one of the managers offices (he is at a conference) down the end of a long corridor all on my own, with nothing to do! At least I am leaving in an hour.

I shall call at KFC on my way back - my treat whenever I come here. I love KFC and we don't have any around us. And am then going to call into Tesco - I am debating about getting the girls new phones for Christmas. They both have iphone 4's but both are broken - S's has a huge crack across the glass (her fault - she dropped it - but I know it wasn't done maliciously and she was gutted when it happened) and L's has a strange dark line and a splodge on one side. I am contemplating iphone 5's for them but by upgrading their contracts. Both are now out of contract so that's not a problem - it all depends on the cost really. I only pay £10 each a month at the moment for them but I think the iphone 5's cheapest contract is £25 each a month. I can't decide.

Physio with S later and then its Guides night so lots of ferrying about for L.

Good afternoon all. It's dull and damp here

Hope you are all well.

Enjoy your dancing, Cruiser.
The Slow Foxtrot was my speciality in my dancing days. It's a wonderful dance.
