Morning all :D

Bright sunshine here 8-)

Hope the painkillers do the trick Di x

Saundra enjoy your day with Scarlet.

Good luck at WW Kaz, it's always difficult getting back on track after a holiday.

No plans for today, we'll probably have a stroll around the harbour later.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning all. The wanderer returns - I must try and get back into the habit of posting regularly again. Stuff has been going on in RL that has kept me away and I've just got out of the habit.

We are back from our holiday (Pembroke for a week with the four of us and my mum) and now I'm back at work. :( The holiday was lovely - I have never been to Pembrokeshire before and will definitely be going back.

Off for a run later - I have been very lax and not really been out much since my 10k but I have signed up for a virtual run to try to get going again. Sadly, a virtual run is not sitting on the sofa thinking about running but one where you pay to enter online (usually £12 with a contribution to a charity - this one is the poppy appeal) and then run a set distance (this particular one is a minimum of 33k over the month) and then submit your proof of distance and get a medal.

No plans for this evening other than a bit of knitting.

Thanks Jen, and I'm glad you have nice weather :)

Debih I've never been either but it always looks beautiful in photos.
Committing to the run sounds a good plan ;)
I miss you when you disappear :)

Aww - thanks Di. I shall try not to do it again.

I've just had stuff going on in my head - I think about two months ago I really started to grieve for my dad for the first time since he died (can you believe it will be a year in two weeks time :o ) and I haven't been in a great place.

My normal stupid, bubbly self went on holiday but appears to be coming back. :D I have spent most of my time riding and walking the dog. And eating chocolate - all my weight I had lost is now back again. Grrr.

Morning all, another nice day here - yesterday was an absolute stunner. Got lots of bits and pieces to do today, but nothing urgent. Mr Osc has gone to play golf. Debs, grief is such a strange thing and you never know when it will hit you, so take care of yourself and have a big hug ((((((Debih)))))). Have a good day everyone :)

Oh, you never know Ton ;)

Di, that sounds horrid, I hope the meds ease it off for you!

WW went well, I've lost the small gain from the holiday, and I'm happy about that! 8-) :)
