An e-mail to Carla and her broker will be sent on Monday - do not send any-one over to view the property unless they're prepared to pay the asking price.

Not heard anything Saundra, so I guess they just can't afford the house.

Hence that e-mail going tomorrow - well I want tomorrow, Grumpy is saying Monday :roll:

And with an added note to day the price is going back up on 1 January. That'll give her a kick start :lol:
