Not much planned for today.

Hope you are all O.K.

Morning all

a bit of a busy morning - left the house at 7am to drop off another little hog with Nadine so she could get it to the rescue this morning because I just can't get there before Saturday Then got to the office to find that the computers were down so trying to help the guy dealing with the problem. And now time to sit and come on here :D And then out tonight having nails done. Had a fantabulous evening - as always - catching up with Di yesterday. Hope you enjoy the knitters and Stitchers group Di and you're not too tired by then x

Weka, it's quite funny seeing your post just after 7am saying it's time for wine - but don't blame you after the day(s) you've had x
Ally, I absolutely love steak and chips - yum!
Kaz, please tell B I say well done - that's an amazing achievement paying off the loan that quickly. Good on her. And then the next salary she gets will be all hers to spend and do with as she pleases :D Hope you and H have a lovely day whatever it is you're up to
Ton, insurances really are an evil necessity aren't they - so much money for something that hopefully will never be needed, but you just can't risk it. And just caught up with the fact that Carla bought round clients without telling you - seriously; can that woman get any more absurd?
Aggers and Saundra - enjoy having quiet days. The weather in certain parts of the country really doesn't allow for doing vast amounts of anything.
Jen enjoy the coffee morning; I'm glad you're enjoying them. Have you met nice people to meet up with outside of the coffee mornings?
Osc the halloween evening sounds fun - please post some photos :D

Hope I didn't miss anyone?

Have a lovely day all xxxx

What happened was - said in a Jethro accent please

She was going to come round to see us anyway and a colleague rang to say she has clients who would lik eto see our house and they'd be here roughly the same time she was seeing us and as it was all last minute, she didn't really have a chance to tell us.

But they were running late - well, this is Portugal - so we three went for a coffee and we told her, again, that dropping our price is out of the question. If the clients cannot afford our house, please do not bring any round.

We explained everything very slowly, so she could understand our reasonings and off she went, quite happy - ish ;)
