Good morning Monday

Postby Ally » 12 Oct 2015, 06:56

Good morning. :D

We had rain through the night, it's dry at the moment but more rain forecast today and Wednesday.

It's a national holiday here so I'm going to spend the day at home and laze about.

Have a great trip Osc and good luck with your eye op Cruiser.

Have a great day everyone.

Morning Ally morning all :) It's a gorgeous day here, we've had breakfast (it's 10.15 here) and are lazing round the pool so Mick can sketch the view of the hillside :) The forecast is great for the rest of the week so we are happy lol

We didn't get on the list quickly enough for the boat trip to Corfu Town but the bus runs very regularly so we might do that tomorrow :)

The wifi here doesn't like Facebook for some reason so the pictures I'm taking aren't all posting but what the heck they will wait ;)

Osc have a terrific holiday and I hope Kellie had a lovely birthday yesterday xxxx

Love to all have a good day :)

Morning all

I can't believe it's Monday already - where has that weekend gone? Usual workday for me so nothing exciting to report.

Cruiser, best of luck for today
Osc, safe travels and happy holidays
Kaz, wish I was there with you
Ally, have a lovely lazy day - and can't believe I've read that you've had rain  - I know it obviously does, but not logging in to your "another lovely day" is just wrong! bring back your sunshine!
Saundra, enjoy the shops and your day

Have a lovely day all xxx

Morning all :D

Bit overcast at the moment, not sure what the forecast promises.

Good luck with your eye op Cruiser x

Have a wonderful holibobs Osc :D

Sounds like you're having a nice time Kaz, seems ages since we had a holiday, err that's because it is a long time

We had a busy couple of hours tidying the garden yesterday afternoon. The old chap had done so much planting over the years, especially at the back, it was impossible to see what was there, it was all so crowded. Don't think the concept of less is more had ever occurred to him  It's looking much neater now, and it's amazing how much bigger it looks, still lots to do though.

After all that I started to prepare the veggies ready for dinner and managed to chop my thumb quite badly. E managed to plaster me up okay and now it's just a matter of letting it heal, thankfully it's my left hand or I'd be properly scuppered

No plans for today, will probably have a general tidy up and otherwise be extremely lazy

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning :)
A beautiful day here, although it's f-f-freezing there's clear blue sky and sunshine, which is fine by me :)

Good job you didn't go to Spain or Portugal Kaz ;)
Jen we spent ages ripping stuff out of the garden when we moved here, it's well worth it :)
Have a fabulous trip Osc :)
Yaay Weka freedom! :D

Friend has phoned, she's not too bad and I'm going over to see them this afternoon.
Bb has to wait in as the car is being delivered back - do you remember he got sideswiped, it's been in for the repairs whilst we were away. They'll ring before leaving the garage but other than that no clue on timing :?
Another lot of washing just finishing, at least it can go outside. It'll all have to be packed away without ironing, without a swarm of fairies it's not going to happen. No doubt some of the winter stuff will need washing when I get it out of the boxes and that will have to be ironed but can be done as and when I need it.
Shopping to do, etc,etc,etc...
Have a good day all
