Morning Ally, morning everyone

We had a thick fog earlier  but that's lifting and we should have a good day.

Off in a couple of hours, back Thursday - probably

Have a good couple of days everyone xx

Morning everyone :)

Have a good day Ally :)

Ton that answers my question on your other thread then :D Have a great few days away 8-) :D xxx

Well the sun is out here but there is a lot of rain around, so the tumble dryer will be busy today ;) Aside from that I have an appointment at 11.30, and then I'm walking up to see D who has kindly taken up a dress for me, for my hols :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxxx

Morning all, dullish here and damp, with rain showers forecast, so like Kaz, the dryer is on duty drying the towels. I'm lucky in that we have a big utility room where I can hang the washing on a drying rail, where things get pretty dry. Off to Pilates shortly, then just ordinary stuff for the rest of the day. Have a good day everyone :)

Morning all - a very wet and dark start to the day this morning; not used to waking up with it still being dark outside - don't like it :( Lots of rain predicted for us today so just as well I'm stuck in the office it really isn't a very nice day at all.

Safe travels Ton and have fun :D

have a lovely day all x

Good morning all.

Not very bright here, but I've been for a good walk, now I'll have a lazy afternoon.

Hope you are all feeling fine. Have a nice day.

Oh that's horrid, isn't it Ria? :( Will it be a bit better, for a few weeks at least, once the clocks go back? (((x)))

Osc I would love a drying room like that, my utility is tiny so no room for rails! My MIL has a little garden room where she has rails and a line, and as it has a patio door to it even the least amount of sunshine in winter helps to dry the clothes - she hardly ever uses her dryer!

I gave my dryer away Kaz because I only needed it about 4x a year. I'm really lucky because the sun hits the dining room all afternoon so it warms up quite nicely and usually does a very good job of drying the washing. Admittedly the clothes horse can be a bit in the way when I'm home, but I usually do my washing overnight, hang it in the morning so when I come home in the evening it's dry enough so I can fold the 'wings' of the clothes horse closed so I have a bit more space if I need it... and then when I go to bed I unfold it again

Definite advantages of living alone ;)

Yes, we'd all be falling over it if I did that, but that's really handy for you 8-) :)
