Ossie, that is similar to what I was reporting yesterday when the lights were on at about 3:30 pm.

It absolutely tipped down as I set out this morning, then all the while I was at D's the sun shone - until 2 minutes after I left for home when it tipped down again!

Mick jokes that I have my own little rain god, and I think he's right - I think it's the antithesis of the sunshine god that follows Ally back to the UK when she comes back!
