Thank you all so much for the good wishes, and yes I am having a lovely birthday. We were expecting no one, so imagine my surprise when at 9.30 our youngest son and his wife walked in! They had driven down from Nuneaton last night and stayed with my brother across the road from me, no one had told me so it was a real surprise! So we or rather they and my bro and M. were able to have a put together family lunch and they all seemed to enjoy it.(bear in mind I can't eat so there is only M in our house who eats food as such) but at least I was able to sit at the table and eat a few crisps!

So it has been a good day for me and your good wishes added to it, and now I am resting on the sofa!
