Not holding my breath Kaz and we've now banned all house moving talk in the house - doing my head in

Although another agent rang, from the house we do like and she's passed on our thoughts about how much we'd offer, but until we make an offer, then we won't know if she'll accept it or not

Plan a is to buy the house we like, at 125,000 max, as we'd need to extend the lounge, put pool in, remove trees etc

Plan b is the house we call the wonky pool, which we both like, but not the pool, but if we can get that at 135,000 ;)

Plan c is the house Tom is going to show us when we next go up

Plan d is for us to talk to Sonia in Ourique and see what she has to say about buying a plot of land and building

Plan e is to stay here

Definitely stick to your guns Ton if they want it they'll up their offer.

Honestly we're completely fed up with the games some people play, not just house owners, but agents too

Might do you good to have a break from thinking about moving Ton - things tend to happen when you least expect it. xx

(((((Ton))))) Mick and I moved 4 times in 9 years, and I know it can get very stressful! This last 3 years in this house have been great, and we are staying put for a long time ;)

I think Ally might well have a point ((((((((((((x)))))))))))))

No news - and we think that their top offer was the 165,000, so they can try and find something like this for that price, somewhere else.

We're not budging from 185,000 now.
