So what did you all make of last night? I know it's all based on the performance of each individual weekend, but I'm a bit disappointed that Paul was the one to leave. I like Flora, but she's never really wowed throughout the show and she wasn't the best yesterday either. Tough call between the two really but in a way I think Paul had(s) a bit more to offer?

Flora tries to be too clever, even Mary said as much last night, and a lot of the time it just doesn't work out. Sorry to see Paul go :( Nadiya is doing really well now, she seemed very comfortable with what she was doing although I would not have liked the two icing flavours on her eclairs, yuck. I still think it could be anyone's this year, no obvious winner as yet, which makes for interesting viewing.

If Flora stuck to the basics she would be fine, finer than fine. She does all the unseen stuff really well and her flavours are usually interesting. Then she gets all arty and experimental and it all goes to pot.

Paul made a real mess and had to go - he knew it as well, so M&P got it right on the night.

I think that it will be a close run thing between Nad and Tam.

I thought Flora should have gone this week - I think Paul is having to compete against the 'real' Paul.....and I don't think that is fair :|
