Good morning. :D

Another sunny day looming. 8-) 8-)

A quick hill scoot then picking mum and dad up at 10.30. :D :D

We're off to Paloma Park market. It's huge with everything under the sun being sold there  including lots of books!

Lunch on the coast after that. :D :D

GBBO and Dr Foster on TV tonight. :D :D

Have a good day everyone.

Morning all :D

Think it's going to stay dry today, will be nice after all the rain yesterday.

Up early again ready for the bathroom boys. They've reboarded the ceiling and fixed the damaged wall so it's plastering and electrics today I think. Noticed a problem when they left last night, the wrong shower screen's been delivered, hope that doesn't hold things up  It shouldn't as they're still a few days away from fixing that in place. Also don't like the vanity unit handles so I need to pop round to the showroom and pick some others for Dave to order.

Off to the coffee morning later, will be nice to get out of the house, no point going off yesterday with all that rain.

Hope you all have a good day :D

Morning Ally, have a lovely day with the parentals - that market sounds like fun 8-) :D

Jen I hope all the little glitches can be easily fixed, and have a nice time at the coffee morning :D

Morning everyone :) We have sunshine!! :o   However, my walk today will be up towards the Barnwood Sainsbury's I think, rather than towards town on my usual walk - town will be heaving because of the Scotland v. Japan rugby ;)

Poor Hannah was in the dumps last night when she finally got home. Her computer at work wasn't working and she had a heck of a time getting anyone to sort it for her, so didn't get all the work done that she was planning to, and then her own phone packed up  She managed to get to the Apple store in Bristol before 6pm (they were open until 8) but was told that any staff who could fix it had already gone home! So she was on her laptop late last night at the dining table, contacting Apple to try to get it sorted :( Not sure if she did, I went to bed eventually, and she left very early as usual.

Becks is working later, but has a driving lesson this morning. She is enjoying them so far, and seems to be taking to it! :D :Hi: Mick is at the dentist's as soon as they open, hopefully nothing too expensive this time! LOL.

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning everyone

Another gorgeous morning here, so I stayed in bed, reading

Not sure what we'll be doing today, we're seeing Carla tomorrow, in Olhao, so shopping is on the way back, instead of today.

Our contract is up with Remax on 27 of this month and we're debating what to do. Stay with them, but on monthly basis or go to about another 3 or 4 agencies, at the same time.

We have a funny feeling Carla's lot will want us to drop our price. And no way is that going to happen

That doesn't sound good for Hannah Kaz, hope she can get things sorted out today.

Hope the rest of us have a good day and enjoy the day xx

Thanks Ton, looks like her phone died completely - she put a status on Facebook  :(

Good luck deciding what to do about the house - I agree with you, it would be madness to 'give away' your lovely house!!

Not only that, what on earth could we buy? there is a house we'd like to see, at 125,000, but depends on where it is. We know we can get a pool put in for about 15,000, but we've decided, apart from that one with all the palm trees, not to see any more, until we actually sell this one.

Morning all; a glorious sunny morning with blue skies this morning - just lovely, albeit rather chilly (7 degrees this morning when I left the house). Our receptionist is off sick (again! ) so I'm here alone until my other colleague comes in. Her boss is in the US so she usually comes in later as she tends to stay later.

Oh no Debih; that's not good. Hope you feel better soon. Lots of fluids, chicken soup and early nights for you!
Ally, enjoy the day with the parents. And agree that market does sound like fun, enjoy book browsing
Jen, good luck with your bits and bobs... would the new handles come with the bathroom or would you have to pay extra for them. Just wondering if finding another hardware store may be quicker and probably cheaper?
Kaz, that is a bummer re the phone - our company driver had an issue with his yesterday (something to do with the automatic system upgrade not working as it should); wonder if the same happened with Hannah's? If yes, the Apple Store was able to sort out Gerry's so hopefully not all is lost
Ton, good luck with whatever you decide re the house; dropping the price isn't an option I'd have thought
Cal & Saundra, hope you both have a lovely day

have a lovely day all, whatever it is you're up to
