House prices

As it was a not so nice day yesterday, I spent a while on the computer, as you do

Checked out loads of local estate agents and there are 8 houses for sale, in our little urbanization, although that doesn't include the flats behind.

We are third cheapest

The most expensive is 260,000, for essentially the same size house, but smaller front and back.

We were gobsmacked It does seem as if the Portuguese (and all the sellers, apart from us, are Portuguese) think of a figure and stick to it. No matter what.

Rather pleased that one of them is with Bonau, and it's a couple of doors away from us and she wants 250,000.

So maybe, just maybe this will be our year - but it's running out - fast

Especially as we've found a couple of good and cheapish houses, near where want.

I've just put it on fb again, in case some-one, somewhere, knows some.one who'd like sucha bargain.
