Jen, I hope you enjoy the film :)

Ria, I hope your day in the office isn't too bad, it's always horrid going back to work after a holiday ((x))

Morning Osc :) These classes are low-impact zumba aimed at those who are not so fit, or a bit older, and I probably come into both of those categories ;)   Hopefully they will suit, but I want to get this monitor stuff out of the way first xx

Morning :)
We had lots of rain but it stopped just before Minnie and I went out and is quite bright now.
Very pleased as it's the huge Battle of Britain day memorial flight, 30 hurricanes and spitfires etc all taking off from Goodwood at about midday.
With any luck we'll see some of them as one section should be coming right over here :)

You poor thing Saundra, what rotten timing (((xx)))
Low impact zumba sounds perfect Kaz :)

Was lovely seeing eldest yesterday, and sweet and sour chicken was a good choice; he's eaten almost nothing but chips in eight different countries in the past few weeks  Belgium's were best btw ;)
He hasn't uploaded the photos yest, he only got back in the early hours of Saturday :)
Hope everyone has a good day

Good morning everybody.
Have been for a walk round Lisbon. We have been here before so it was only a short visit today for us. We don't sail till 6.00 p.m this evening.
Weather is cloudy and it is now trying to rain.
Am using the free internet we get on the ship.
Will be reading this afternoon before we have a drink or two before dinner.
Have a good day what ever you are doing.

Cruiser, we called into Lisbon on our last cruise, and liked it so much that we are going back next month.
