Good morning Sunday

Just had a lovely hour in the garden with Mrs A. Really enjoyed it,
and the dead-heading and trimming has made such a difference. It
really looks cared-for now - and this mug of tea is superb.

I went to the shops and got...a piece of beef
We hardly ever have a 'proper' roast and I decided Bb and I both deserved a treat
He'd mentioned steak but this way it's more than one dinner
There's rather a gorgeous smell wafting from the kitchen

Beef? Portuguese beef? no no no no no

Tried a rib of beef a year or so ago, the smell was gorgeous the flavour not so good.

We had pork steaks and entremeadas on the bbq and the smell of garlic, from said bbq was rather lush

Mmmm...it wafted thyme, and red wine, and garlic, inter-wafting with potatoes layered with onion and finished with parmesan...and other stuff

You take it easy Kaz...hopefully you will get monitor soon, it's quite annoying but worth it, I had to have one 2yrs ago....longest 24hrs lol!
