Saundra, I'm packing my dirty dishes in a suitcase, and will be out of the door and on my way to the airport

 @ Kaz. We use our wishdosser Sundays only in the main and use the sink all other times. I always use too much Fairy if I'm doing the washing, bubbles everywhere, and everything has to then be rinsed thoroughly!

It is amazing how quickly the dirty mugs and dishes pile up during the day, though, if you're both retired and at home ...

Tell me about it Ossie!! Not retired here, but Mick works from home, I'm in and out, and B works shifts............Generally the little 'bits' just gather in the dishwasher during the day, then it gets run once a day, after the evening meal!

Since moving to Kent we've really missed out dishwasher so I truly sympathise Kaz, or rather E does as he's the washer upper in our house.

All his own fault, for years I asked for a dishwasher and always got, 'I'm cheaper than any dishwasher' While we were waiting for our last house to be built we rented for 6mths and it had a dishwasher, guess what was top of his list when we moved  The rental we've been in down here didn't have one and there isn't one in the bungalow, he's constantly complaining he has dishpan hands so no guesses what he wants when we get round to doing the kitchen

Oh I couldn't manage without a dishwasher! Handwashing just doesn't get the dishes so completely clean. I feel your pain, Kaz ;)

Oh I love that squeaky-clean dishwasher clean :D
And no, we don't have one, there's really not room.
Bb refers to himself as the dishwasher, but at the moment that's mostly me - he's doing little bits but has to ask me if it's clean ;)
