It's hot. We're having salad. :lol:

With....a scrummy heavy on the cheese ;) ;) lasagne and some garlic bread. :D

I've also made a peach cheesecake. :D :D :D

Tough luck, WM .....

We had the final remains of Sunday's pork joint, cubed, casseroled in a tomato and mushroom pasta sauce with added fresh mushrooms, and (in my case) a side-order of half a cauliflower. It's one of my lo-carb meals .... :D

We had leftover cold chicken, with steamed veg and what was supposed to be dauphinoise potatoes, but they weren't as good as normal, blame the creme fraiche from Aldi, not as good :cry:
