Didn't do it yesterday watched tv about cilla then her funeral it was a tribute to her
Then it was tea time
Everyone seems very busy to day Glad your blood got done dif it wouldn't happen like that here

Morning all - usual work day for me. It's been a busy few days this week; our receptionist has been off since Wednesday (apparently food poisoning?) so I've been manning things here on my own, what with working on a 70 page presentation, the phones ringing and interrupting and doing other bits and bobs I've hardly had time to do anything personal. Rather annoying when work interferes in one's personal life

I'm finishing about 4.15 today and meeting a friend after work. It's my ex flat mate who moved back to SA a few years back; she and her mom are over to visit family here so Anne and I are having a mooch around Covent Garden and the SouthBank or wherever she fancies mooching; then meeting up with Nadine and two other friends. She knows about Nadine but not the other friends so hopefully she'll enjoy that surprise. They used to live in Cambridge and Anne, Nadine and I were at their wedding 2 years ago and we haven't seen them since then; they've now moved back to London so perfect timing really

Glad Bb is doing OK Di and yay re the blood test; good of them to do what they did

Afternoon all Gosh it's warm here, if a little cloudy and breezy

I haven't done a lot today - de-dogged the conservatory (they've gone off to the farm for a week's break, soooo looking forward to getting my conservatory back in the evenings ) and popped to the carpet shop to pay for my lovely staircarpet Went to Hartlepool as I wanted to go to Dunelm (a homeware store) for a new picture for the dining room...no go...back to Asda for some bits and then home. I've been online trying to sort out my TalkTalk account via an online 'chat' facility (far better than phoning for me!) so I think I'm done
