That was kind of him

Our neighbour - the one's who scuppered the sale of our houses last year - is on his own at the moment. His wife is in Faro, so he's here, quietly pottering around, going out for dinner and, we think, generally enjoying himself

A car screeched to a halt outside both our houses yesterday , parked across the road, looking at both houses. he was outside too, so they chatted to him first

They had a look around his house, then ours - just don't tell Carla, I'm supposed to let her know if any.one comes here, but it was just an informal look-see ;)

Our neighbour had told them the price of his and then told them that ours was more expensive, but it was by far a better house. They told me that, not him.

Wasn't that kind?

Now if had been his wife...............................

that is kind of him and makes one wonder - maybe he's quite happy to stay where he is and doesn't want to move but it's the wife putting the pressure on?

But either way - that was good of him and good luck!

She's left me a pile of questionnaires that viewers must complete after each house - I just couldn't see the point. They either like it or not. They'll either buy it or not

And I'm supposed to ring her to let her know if any-one stops and wants to have a look. Then she can try and get here to speak to them.

Gosh that's a bit full-on isn't it? That would put me off a little bit, if I was house hunting :?

It's only a small thing Kaz, Remax do it but I'm not sure of any.-one else.

It's just to say what you like/dislike about the house. Area, proximity to shops etc.

I think it's more for them than us, as they can then tailor the viewings for the buyers.

Yes, but then the questionnaires should be kept with the estate agency not a potential seller, just a tad wrong of Carla to expect you to get people to fill it in - you're trying to show off your house not do their admin ;-)
