I usually have overnight oats (porridge oats with cold milk and berries added to them and left in the fridge overnight) but I never got round to doing it last night so I had rice krispies instead.

The usual for me....

Two Weetabix with a few prunes and soya milk.
A slice of toast with marmalade (but no butter).
A Mug of strong coffee with 2 t/sp of brown sugar.

Mondays, we usually have breakfast out at the local farm shop, where we do a bit of shopping for the week ahead ...

Ostrich: "Lighter Breakfast" (2 sausages, rasher of bacon, poached egg, black puddin' slice, beans, 1/2 a grilled tomato, brown toast and filter coffee) £6.45 :D
Mrs O: croissant with jam and a filter coffee £4.15

You get 2 x bacon rashers, 2 x poached eggs, extra toast and possibly a full tomato but it's £8.45 and I'm too mean to pay that. :D

The website prices are out of date, they went up 50p this week .... and what's on the menu list sometimes isn't exactly what you get; for example today it was an extra sausage but only 1/2 a tomato and only one butter pat. I think they make it up on the hoof a bit!
