LOL. That comment was made about my Audrey print wasn't it.

Have you noticed that the same comment has not been made this time about the lighthouse print.

I think she was told off good and proper last time.

We have very few pictures in our lounge. Our picture gallery is one wall in our bedroom, which is completely filled.

We have a couple of Lake District paintings by a professional artist, but the rest are our own productions. We are
both inclined to take up some artistic hobby for a period, and then change to something else. I have one or two
reasonable paintings, and several cross-stitch pictures, which was one of my longer-lasting activities.

I loved Micks work when it came online. In My house every wall is loaded with paintings, sitting room, hall, dining room bedrooms bathroom. The office, others stacked in the garage., I need more walls. Today I actually "bought" a magnificent Chinese painting , no room to put it up until I clear a wall....four and a half foot by three and a half ft, utterly beautiful I cannot hide it from my daughter..

I don't have much on my walls in the way of prints / paintings, but I've got other things such as metal wall art, mirrors, ceramic wall hangings, that kind of thing.

I do have shelves with nicknack's on them though :)

I have this in my lounge and I am used to it now, but I used to love looking in the windows

and I have these two in the dining room

I bought them with vouchers I had for my 40th birthday

In the bedroom I have a few prints. One was given to my mum as a retirement present and I also have a print of the local repertory theatre as my dad and his mum and dad used to work there. My dad and stepmum bought me that for my 40th

I have a painting I'm not allowered to hang up. It's a lady on the silks (think trapeze, it's the fabric one that comes from the ceiling). I love how it has a bit of fabric being the silk and this winds in and out of the canvas and drapes from ceiling to floor. I think the thing he objects to is she's naked. I'm sure it has nothing to do with winning it in a raffle. it's painted by my old trapeze teacher Bernard.
