The sun is just beginning to peep over the mountains which means I'm leaving in a mo for a run - it will be very hot shortly!

Back for a cool down swim and coffee.

Chilling by the pool until it's time to get ready for Friday's beer and tapas night.

Looks like it's going to be a hot day in alot of the UK...yaaayyy.

Yes, it's lovely and sunny and warm here. Not sure of my plans yet, apart from getting some bedding in the wash I might go for a walk later, or I might just have another go on the exercise bike later I've been having a go on it all week, it measures speed, distance, pulse etc and suffice to say I'm not as fit as I thought I was

Usual work day for me then home for Tesco delivery, and sorting a few things. Got a busy'ish weekend at home and need to do quite a bit in the garden.

Glad we gave the garden a good soak last night; we kept waiting for the promised rain that never did more than dampen the paving.

Bb's not working till this afternoon so we may well go somewhere for a wander and some lunch
