No idea what your comment about 'one person' is meant to mean, have you always replied to every other members' upsets, triumphs, and dramas?
I try to, but I'm quite sure I've often missed a few, especially if I'm away/tired/busy.

When something like that has happened to you, it does take a while, and just getting back behind the wheel is a big step forward. As you say, it will definitely improve ..
