But we did have another family come along, beforehand - and I got told off for not getting their details.

Portuguese, moving down from the north.

So that is 3 viewings in 2 days - should have been four

The reason we're not getting more viewings is that we won't budge much on the asking price - hence the cheaper houses going.

Carla said that if we go down to 180,000, we'll sell tomorrow - we told her to go away - not a hope in hell, not a cat in hells chance and please do not mention it again.

If we don't sell, then we'll stay.
