2 pkts of peas =6 euros minus 50% discount =3 euros,self service till charged us 4 euros ,so O.H goes off to customer services to get the 1 euro difference,lady insists that they owe us 3 euros !! .oh well why argue-lol

Thursday is 'twofors' day so two €3 packs still = €3, take the 50% mark down and it's €1.5. Given that you paid €4 you are owed €2.5. However, everything is priced to the full € these days and as she has to round up your refund is €3- she was right. Creative Maths 101.

Hmm well, some supermarkets here give you your money back if there's a pricing mistake, could be that?
