Good morning everyone :)

Not quite such a nice morning here, but still, no rain forecast which is good news ;) Nothing special planned, just the usual housey stuff and washing/ironing to get done, then a walk later :)

Have a good day everyone :) xxx

Morning all. Lovely here.

S has been sweetness and light since she arrived home from school yesterday. Its like living with Worzel Gummidge - wondering what head she's going to be wearing today!!! She's got exams today - her mock Maths exam for an hour and then a day spent in the dance studio getting ready for her dance GCSE this afternoon.

No plans for me today other than a run this evening. I'm starting a new programme - couch to 10k - in the hope that I will be ready for this run in September!! What on earth possessed me to say yes!!! I have told Fruity that she will be carrying me over the finishing line!!!

I'll be walking down the hill to the station. I have to take L to school first and then take the car home (though I am going to ask if I can leave it in the pub car park so its easier the following day).

I need to look at the times of the trains back as I might need to fetch L from school. Mick will be able to let me know that morning if he is able to do it - it all depends on where he is working that day.

That's teenagers for you Debih ;) Wishing S luck in her exams (((((x)))))

You can do it, the training, in three months I reckon. I need to sort a bit of exercise out, according to the doc last week, so I think I should start by getting the exercise bike in from the garage

My train back is about 2ish I think, if anyone else is still around great, if not I'll find a shop or two to mooch ;)

I've just checked my train times - its not too bad.

If I have to get back to fetch her from school I need to get the 13.03 train which gets me back into Matlock Bath at 2.20. I could risk it for the 14.03 train as I have to pick up from school at 3.30pm but if its delayed at all then it'll be a pain.
