Good morning everybody,
It is sunny but there is a bit of a breeze.
Have walked down to get the paper.
Off out going to the bank and some shopping.
Where are you hiding Ally?

Morning all - no sunshine here sadly; another overcast and cold and windy start to the day - bored of it now; very very bored!

'Twas a busy weekend and I'm exhaused - thankfully no plans during the week so lots of early nights which will be good.

Morning Cruiser - enjoy your shopping later
Ton, good luck with the computer
Kaz, good luck with WW and enjoy the mooch around town with B
Kate, I know you started a separate thread and I'm sure one of the mods will soon merge the two, so saying good morning to you on this one :D

Have a lovely day all and enjoy whatever it is you're up to x

Morning all. Nice here this morning.

We had an unpleasant evening last night - S fell out with the boyfriend so the whole house had to suffer. I'm really cross at her - I sent her off to revise and she refused to hand her phone over whilst doing so so I know she spent the whole time on the phone. I know I should have taken it off her but I didn't want a massive argument overshadowing her revision. This morning I spoke to her about taking her phone and ipad away whilst revising and she just argued back that her method of revising was to do ten minutes revision, 5 minutes on her phone, ten minutes revision, etc. I gave up in the end. They are her mocks and I think it will be a valuable lesson if she does badly in them!!! But as she's now fallen out with the boyfriend (she apparently kissed on of her male friends whilst out, realised immediately it was a mistake and then proceeded to tell, via messenger, her very possessive boyfriend what happened. That also made me cross as she knew it would turn into a massive drama - but then again, she thrives on drama so its probably what she wanted. But just before his last two GCSE's and her mocks taking place isn't really the time for dramatics! Silly girl.

She was in a better frame of mind this morning but then discovered all these messages from him (I turned the internet off in the end last night and she gets a rubbish phone signal) so she stropped off out of the house this morning.

And breathe..............

I am at work until lunchtime and then home to potter. We have the BT engineer coming this afternoon as we obviously have a fault on our phone line as the line is now so crackly we can't hear anything and the internet keeps dropping in and out.

Off for a run later and then back home to carry on with the stupid bunting!

Hopefully this will be the end of him!

I don't dislike him but I find him very possessive with her - he doesn't like her having boys as friends and demanded that she delete all but her cousin from her FB account! And he moans at her if she goes out in shorts or short tops.

He is the year above her and finishes school on Wednesday and I'm hoping it will all fizzle out then. He lives too far away for them to meet up in an evening, she works on a Saturday which only leaves a Sunday and there is no bus service to his house that day so they are very dependent upon lifts from us and his parents. They usually see each other after school on a Friday and occasionally on a Sunday. Even if it continues over the summer holidays I think once he starts college in September it won't be cool for him to have a school girl friend.

I live in hope anyway!
