Had a fantastic night out with my colleagues last night - I was thinking of you Di as it was the style and type of food that you'd have really enjoyed.

A swim after my coffee and then I think I will just sit down for a few hours in the garden and read.

Meeting friends in the Plaza at 6.30 for the second phase of Don's birthday celebrations.

We have sunshine, but also a chilly breeze

Grumpy will be working on the back balcony this morning. Next door has been painted (looks stunning - they've chosen a very deep orange for the window and door trims) and although ours doesn't need painting yet, we do look a little shabby not as bad as the other side, but a bit of tweaking here and there needs to be done

I'll try and find something to do - if not, I'll be joining Ally and reading

Ton I really should get some reading glasses, I read 'tweaking' as "twerking" which would have put a whole different spin on your day!!!

I'm going to Cheltenham today, for lunch with my friend R and her daughter G Shame B couldn't come but she's working

The whole country seems to have glorious hot sunshine but there is cloud here and rain forecast - oh well I'll take my brolly with me

Well, since we definitely have the worst of the weather heading straight for us, I'm about to have a shower and get out quick!
Didn't go shopping yesterday after all, Minnie and I went to the park instead
And she went up her new ramp almost by herself, she's definitely cottoned on fast that it's to help her

Hottest day of the year forecast and I'm stuck in an adoption and fostering training day.

My neck is much better this morning. I'm hoping I'll be ok for a run later.

Morning all, getting ready for our overnight trip to Waterford, leaving here around 11.30 for the railway station in town and then the hotel is a short walk from the station in Waterford. The weather is sunny and cloudy with a few showers of rain forecast. Back tomorrow - we get home here early afternoon and then have quite a quick turnaround as we are going to a dance comp and social which starts at 6.30 and is about a 40 minute drive away, that could be a late-ish night so Sunday will be spent mostly slumped in our chairs Have a good day everyone

Morning all. Was going to post here then our internet went down - sigh...

A odd day here today, looks really grey and miserable but according to a colleague who just popped out it's actually quite warm and looking down into the park there are people sitting there with just short sleeves - no cardies or jumpers

Lissie and Mr L - hope you're feeling OK today? Definitely take it easy x
