buyer says he has a confirmation e-mail from his solicitor for the money transfer.

said solicitor has told son's solicitor that he has'nt got it.

buyer going to his bank tomorrow to ask for proof of transfer

I'm sure it's just stuck in the system for a day or too Vic, these things can take days even bank to bank!

this morning estate agent & solicitor confirm the trans,contracts exchanged -sorted -move on the 12th

A but better than when we sold Bb's flat Vic, the buyer told his solicitor on the Friday that he couldn't complete on the Monday
