House selling vibes please

They were here for about 45 minutes and have now gone off somewhere with Carla. They spent most of that time up on the roof terrce, chatting. Just a bit too quietly for us to hear

She's Dutch, he's Portuguese, quite young, well, late 20's, early 30's

Carla said she'd ring this afternoon - so still keeping everything crossed.

They had a look around the back and front yesterday too - so maybe..................

Well, their car was opposite for just over an hour after they left - so heaven knows where they went Another house, probably

We have just heard from Carla - the viewers have to complete a form - and sign it - once they've viewed a house

Love it, love the area, love the space, love everything

But, it was the first house they saw (new couple ) so are keeping their options open
